In a rematch of last Saturday's game (Sept. 29) against USC Union, the Eagles defeated the Bantams 6-2.

Later, sophomore Jason Welling scored two goals in a span of five minutes putting the Eagles in front 3-0. The Bantams were able to score a goal in the 33rd minute to put them on the board. In the second half, Welling recorded Oxford's first hat trick of the season by finding the back of net for the third time in the 52nd minute.
