Herkimer, NY - The Emory Oxford men's soccer team concluded their season after a tough loss to Bunker Hill Community College. The Eagles fell 2-1 after Bunker Hill scored in the final 30 seconds to seal the game.
The lone scorer for the Eagles was freshman Ryan Rohling who scored in the first minute of action. This was his 7th goal of the year. The Eagles held this 1-0 lead for most of the game until the 80th minute when Bunker Hill tied the game up 1-1.
"This was a special team we had this year and to make it to Nationals for the first time in program history is spectacular," commented Greg Moss-Brown, Head Coach.
The Eagles finish the season 11-4-1.
