Zachary Seneriz named CHL Student-Athlete of the Month for September 2025

The Center for Healthful Living (CHL) has recognized sophomore Zachary Seneriz from men’s soccer as the September Student-Athlete of the Month. This award recognizes a student athlete's commitment to the CHL's motto: Educate the Mind and Exercise the Body.

Seneriz, from Homosassa, Florida, is a two-year member of the men’s soccer team. This year, he has found success on the field. As of Oct. 1, he leads the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association in goals (12) and points (25). When he’s not on the soccer field, Zeneriz is the president of the Oxford Pickleball Club and is involved in intramurals. 

Academically, Seneriz was a member of the NJCAA All-Academic Team of the Year last year with men’s soccer. He has also won numerous awards for soccer, including being on the GCAA All-Region team. He plans on majoring in Neuroscience Brain and Behavior with a minor in Nutrition Science. Seneriz is also studying abroad next semester in Paris, France.
