Top-ranked Sandhills Defeats Men's Basketball
The Oxford College of Emory University men's basketball team was back in action Saturday afternoon in Williams against No. 1 ranked Sandhills Community College. The Flyers defeated the Eagles 87-70. The Eagles drop to 11-10 for the season, while Sandhills improves to 22-3.
The Eagles had four sophomore players in double figures. Isaac Snyder produced his 14th double-double with 26 points and ten rebounds. Sean Osei was close to securing his second triple-double having 13 points, ten assists and seven rebounds. Nick Hardin had 16 points and eight rebounds, while KJ Walker contributed 12 points.
