Men's golf competes at GCAA Championship, Nai ties for third

Warner Robins, Ga. - The Emory Oxford men's golf team competed in the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association Championship held at the par-72 Southern Landings Golf Club.

First-year Nam Nam Nai tied for third place overall with a two round total of 155. He led all of the golfers after the first round with a score of 74. Nai was also named to the All-Region XVII team and will compete at the NJCAA DIII tournament in Chautauqua, New York.

In second place for the Eagles was first-year Jackson Schlemmer with a two round score of 169.First-years Derrick Liang, Jay Lee and sophomore Parker O'Keefe also competed for Emory Oxford.

The Eagles will next play at the Discover Dekalb Emory Invitational held at Cherokee Run Golf Course in Conyers, Georgia, on April 19-20.
