Men's soccer players named to GCAA All-Region team
Four members of the Emory Oxford men's soccer team were named to the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association All-Region team.
Sophomore goalkeeper co-captain Brendan Zelikoff led the conference with 76 saves. He also led the conference in save percentage. This is Zelikoff's first time on the all-region team.
Co-captain sophomore defender Aiden Lu made his first appearance on the all-region team. During the season, Lu helped block shots and save goals while assisting on one. He had five shots this season as well.
Sophomore midfielder Avi Miller tied for fifth in the conference with five goals and had 13 total points. He also had 19 shots, with 11 of them on goal. This was Miller's first time being named to the all-region team.
Two-time GCAA All-Region team member forward Zachary Seneriz had a record-breaking season. He led the GCAA in goals (23), points (47) and shots (62). In addition, Seneriz is now the all-time leading scorer for the Eagles with 30 goals. His 23 goals is a new single season record for Oxford. Seneriz is also ranked fifth nationally in Division II for goals scored this season.
