The Oxford Women's Soccer Team faced Spartanburg Methodist and ended the game on a 1-1 draw.
Sophomore Teddy Khan scored the lone goal of the match for the Eagles in the 19th minute. The goal was assisted by fellow Sophomore Sade Hanciles. The Pioneers were able to tie up the game later in the second half.
Goalkeeper Rachel Nichols had an impressive showing coming up with 12 saves.
The Eagles will be back in action against Georgia Military College JV on September 26th. Kickoff will be at 6:45pm at Bivings Field.
