Warner Robbins, Ga. - The Emory Oxford women's soccer team fell on the road to Central Georgia Technical College by a score of 3-1.
The Titans scored early in the game, with eight minutes gone in the first. In the second, Central Georgia scored two quick goals early to go up 3-0 over the Eagles.
Oxford was able to spoil the shutout on a goal in the last minute by sophomore Chloe Elton. Elton had three shots on goal.
First-year Paulina Yang made five saves in goal for the Eagles.
Oxford will next face Gordon State at home on Monday, Sept. 22. Kickoff is 6:30 p.m.
