Oxford, Ga. - The Emory Oxford women's soccer team put on a goal-scoring show during sophomore day. The Eagles defeated the visiting Andrew College 8-0.
Sophomore Claudia Fodor had an impressive afternoon after scoring consecutive three goals during the day for her first collegiate hat trick She also had two assists.
Sophomores Ella Sund and Keren Kish both scored their second goals of the season. Classmate Vivian Zhu scored her team-leading ninth goal. Sophomore Paloma Salazar scored her fourth goal of the season. Sophomore Chloe Elton scored the final goal of the game.
Salazar, Kish, Zhu, Elton and first-year Maya Jones all had assists during the game. The Eagles had an impressive 20 shots on goal.
Sophomore Renie Harris made two saves in goal.
